Account Manager
Position Summary: As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business growth through a combination of outbound prospecting and inbound lead management. Your key responsibilities include cold calling, lead qualification, customer engagement, pipeline management, and appointment setting. By leveraging your sales skills and customer relationship expertise, you will play a crucial role in expanding the company's customer base and contributing to its overall revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Cold calling new prospects
Reaching out to inbound leads (from advertising campaigns) & setting appointments for AEs Qualifying Customers

Position Summary: As a Junior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of architectural visualization projects. Your key responsibilities include project planning, team coordination, client management, quality assurance, and risk mitigation. By leveraging your project management skills and technical expertise, you will ensure that the final visualizations exceed client expectations and meet industry standards.
Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams, including 3D modelers and animators, to ensure project objectives are clearly defined and understood.
Coordinates and facilitates meetings, manages dependencies for the team, provides visibility into team delivery plans and progress, and enables continuous improvement within the team.
Meets with our customers and develops presentations for review.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress.
Gather client requirements and expectations to ensure the final visualization meets or exceeds their vision.
Oversee the quality of architectural renderings, ensuring they align with client expectations and industry standards.
Conduct thorough reviews of deliverables to guarantee accuracy and attention to detail.
Allocate resources effectively to meet project demands and deadlines.

Project Assistant
Position Summary: As a project assistant you will be crucial in supporting the successful delivery of 3D animation projects. Your responsibilities include assisting project managers, organizing timelines, identifying and resolving issues, monitoring project progress, supporting 3D artists, and communicating with clients. You will serve as a key member of the project team, ensuring smooth operations, efficient resource utilization, and timely project completion.
Responsibilities:
Assist project team in delivering high level 3D animation projects
Assist project managers with producing project plans for our 3D animation & rendering projects
Organize and predict timelines in our project management software and ensure the team is aware of them
Discuss possible issues and feedback from 3D artists, and customers
Meet with project managers regularly to ensure projects are on time and in budget
Provide support to 3D artists and lead them to company resources
Communicate status updates with clients
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in design, project management, or a related field is required.
Previous experience in project coordination or project management in a related role is beneficial.

Your ability to interpret architectural plans, utilize advanced software, and present your work effectively will be essential in this role.
Responsibilities:
Assist junior team in creative efforts
Model, render, and possibly animate projects
Report to PM daily efforts. Utilize rendering software such as Corona, and Unreal Engine to create immersive 3D walkthrough animations
Proficiently use 3D modeling programs, including SketchUp, 3Ds Max, and other compatible software, to support animation creation. Read and interpret architectural plans to ensure accurate representation in 3D animations
Demonstrate exceptional presentation skills in the development of walkthrough animations for architectural projects
Requirements:
Proficient in using Lumion, VRay, 3Ds Max, Enscape, Corona, Unreal Engine and/or other similar rendering software.
Be able to read and understand architectural plans
Has great presentation skills when it comes to walkthrough animations for architectural projects. Has a keen eye and great attention to detail
Knowledgeable in Revit and AutoCAD is a plus
Jr. Artist (Modeling)

Utilize 3D modeling programs such as SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Unreal engine 5, and related software to create detailed and accurate architectural 3D models
Read and comprehend architectural plans, ensuring accurate representation in 3D models
Demonstrate a keen eye for design aesthetics and maintain great attention to detail in all aspects of 3D modeling and rendering
Work on a flexible hourly schedule to meet project deadlines
Showcase recent sample projects to demonstrate your skills and capabilities
Adapt to a fast-paced environment with project turnaround times of 1-3 days
Knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD is a plus
Attend short daily check-in meetings and one review meeting on a biweekly cadence

Responsibilities:
Set Appointments for project team and sales Answer all inbound calls and missed routed calls.
Manage team calendars.
Email customers on behalf of leadership team.
